The game client accepts at most 15 characters, so passcodes are capped to match. If yours is longer (from before the cap), set a shorter one here and you're fixed.
DEPLOYMENT ORDERS — GETTING IN-GAME
- Get the game (v3.15.84.0) —
download our client bundle
and unzip it anywhere.
Never launch through
LaunchPad.exe— the old Sony updater's servers went dark in 2016, so it always errors out. - Run
KindredGP.batinside the PlanetSide folder. It points the client at…and starts the game directly, skipping LaunchPad. Already have the game installed? Grab just the launch script and drop it next toplanetside.exe. - Log in with this account's callsign and passcode. See you planetside.
Prefer doing it by hand? Set client.ini to
[network] with login0=<address above>, then make a
shortcut to planetside.exe with arguments /K:StagingTest /CC.
